Here’s what makes working at E Salon Studio different from anywhere else on the North Shore.

Mentorship

Learn from Industry Masters

At E Salon Studio, you won’t just clock in and do your job—you’ll grow. Our senior stylists are committed to sharing their decades of knowledge with the next generation. Whether you’re fresh out of cosmetology school or a seasoned stylist looking to level up, there’s always more to learn here.

Eddie’s precision cutting techniques have been refined over 40+ years. Jimi’s creative approach to color and styling keeps clients raving. Together, they’ve built a salon culture where knowledge flows freely and everyone gets better together.

“I’ve been cutting hair for over 40 years, and nothing makes me happier than watching a young stylist master a technique I taught them. That’s what this industry should be about.”

— Eddie, Master Stylist & Founder

Our Clientele

Clients Who Value Your Work

Marblehead and Swampscott are among the most affluent communities on the North Shore. Our clients are professionals, executives, and families who understand that quality costs more—and they’re happy to pay for it.

What does this mean for you? Clients who respect your expertise instead of questioning every recommendation. Clients who tip generously because they appreciate artistry. Clients who rebook consistently because they value the relationship, not just the discount.

Many of our stylists have built books filled with loyal clients who’ve been coming for years—some for decades. When you work here, you’re not starting from scratch; you’re joining a trusted name that clients already love.

Our Culture

A Place You'll Actually Want to Work

Let’s be honest: a lot of salons have toxic cultures. Competition between stylists, favoritism, gossip, drama. We’ve seen it all—and we’ve intentionally built something different.

At E Salon Studio, we believe stylists do their best work when they feel supported, not stressed. We’ve cultivated a team environment where everyone helps each other succeed. Senior stylists mentor newer ones. Knowledge is shared, not hoarded. And drama? It’s just not tolerated.

  • Team-first mentality—we succeed together
  • Open communication with ownership
  • Respect between all team members
  • Focus on craft, not competition
  • Celebration of each other’s wins
